All returns must be received back to F Sutton Boutique within 7 days of delivery to you.
Footwear Returns -
You must include the original packing and show boxed with your return. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. Shoes must be unworn. Any evidence of wear will disqualify your return.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate your return. Please email us at email@example.com to start the return process.
Please note, once your order is placed we do not cancel orders. No exceptions.
Due to frequently changing inventory we are unable to provide a full refund for your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we do allow a refund of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. Due to frequently changing inventory, we no longer accept exchanges. We do not hold items while awaiting your return.
If 7 days have gone by since the day your item was delivered to your address on file, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund in the form of credit. Please Plan Accordingly when returning the items to ensure your item is returned within the 7 day window. If your item is received after the 7 days ( including weekends, but not holidays) we will return the package back to the address on file. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Intimate items are exempt from being returned. This includes Swimwear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note - items returned must include all original packing and/or tags attached if applicable. Please carefully protect your items when sending back. Please take care to the items when sending back and ensure they are neatly placed in the return packing. Any odors of any kind, animal hair, or damage to the items will disqualify the return. No exceptions.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of store credit. Please allow up to 5 -7 Business Days for your return to be processed and store credit to be sent to you via email in the form of a gift card.
All exchanges and items purchased with store credit are final sale, no exceptions.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note you must notify us of the defective or damaged item within 3 days of receiving the item. If more than 3 days (including weekends and holidays) has passed, we will not be able to accept the item for exchange. No additional discounts or promotions may be applied to purchases using store credit. If you order is more than the store credit amount, we do allow a discount to be used toward the remaining balance. This will require a manual invoice to process your order. No more than 5 returns will be accepted in a 6 month period per customer.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a shipping service that includes tracking and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit. Please note, we recommend obtaining a tracking number from your carrier choice when you ship your return, so you have a record to track your shipment.
