Return Policy


Due to frequently changing inventory we are unable to provide a full refund for your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we do allow a refund of store credit or exchange. Our policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have gone by since the day your item was delivered to your address on file, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund store credit or exchange your item(s). Please Plan Accordingly when returning the items. If your item is received after the 7 days ( including weekends, but not holidays) we will return the package back to the address on file. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Intimate items are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of store credit. Please allow up to 5 -7 Business Days for your return to be processed and store credit to be applied to your account. 

A $6 charge will be deducted from all orders of 1 Item and $10 for orders with 2 or more items. This will be deducted from the store credit.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 3165 Sutton Road, Geneva, NY, 14456, United States.

No additional discounts or promotions may be applied    to purchases using store credit. If you order is more than the store credit amount, we do allow a discount from the remaining balance. You will be a manual invoice to process your order in this case. Please let contact us at to process. 

No more than 5 returns will be accepted in a 6 month period per customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a shipping service that includes tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
